Or in other words, VIETNAMESE COFFEE. This stuff is intense and not to be missed as it is an amazing Vietnamese adoption of a French import. We start with some sweetened condensed milk (something that was much easier to get ahold of in Vietnam than fresh milk and way more badness than boring milk and sugar) and then slowly drip French roast (dark roast) on top of it using a cute little filter that sits atop the glass. You can make a big batch of it and drink it hot or pour it over ice. Either way you'll question if you can ever drink coffee to old way again.
