Parlez-vous coffee?

I think it was a ketchup manufacturer who had some slogan about waiting and then good things subsequently happening. Personally, I don't think ketchup tastes better the longer it takes to come out. Coffee, however, may beg to differ. Many coffee-ites would argue that the best cup of coffee comes from a french press which is an elbow grease method of finessing coffee through a hand press/sieve. That elegant container, smooth curves and shiny glass with that piston of patience. Ready to go french(?)...here is how it's done.
