Bubble Tea


Thats right, thick, viscous bubbles sitting at the bottom of your glass. The name actually derives from the appearance of bubbles in tea that actually contained small 'pearls' of tapioca when the drink was shaken up. Leave it up to the asians to invent..well just about everything. Although americans over the age of 12 aren't as keen to the 'gummy' food texture that the eastern half seems to like, this typically sweet concoction is a dynamic beverage not to be missed.
